Our Step 3 strategic courses and CCS workshop provide striking example for our focused strategies. Our unique teaching strategies have resulted in 99% pass rate for all those trainees with prior multiple attempts on USMLE Step3. We have re-invented Step3 test prep through CCS workshops and when we analyzed our teaching strategy, we consistently found a significant improvement in the CCS portion of all our test takers’ score reports. For most students with multiple attempts, score performance bars moved to the extreme right on CCS section. Their MCQ performance remained similar. Yet, all of them passed! Since then, Archer CCS workshops have become the standard for Step 3 CCS, helping students pass through CCS-focused approach.
