UCSF Women’s OB/GYN Imaging is designed to reinforce the basic foundations of conventional abdomino-pelvic imaging, strengthen the concepts of advanced applications and anticipate what is coming on the horizon. The course focuses on conditions and complications relative to female anatomy and pathology in both the gynecologic and reproductive systems.

The indications for use of CT, MR and US are reviewed, as well as further indications for secondary imaging studies to confirm difficult diagnoses. These imaging methods are also reviewed in conjunction with interventional techniques techniques regularly used in alleviating common OB/GYN conditions.

A clinically based update, this learn-at-your-own-pace course in OB/GYN imaging provides a maximum of 11 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits ™ that can be used toward the ABR’s MOC Part II requirements. Accreditation

The University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine (UCSF) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Designation

UCSF designates this enduring material for a maximum of 11.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits ™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. The total credits are inclusive of 1.75 in CT, 4.5 in MR, and 2.5 in Ultrasound.

Series Release: March 16, 2016
Series Expiration: March 15, 2019 (deadline to register for credit)

CME credit is obtained upon successful completion of an activity post-test and evaluation, as well as payment of a $45 processing fee. CME Credit registration forms must be submitted prior to series expiration date. Certificates will be dated upon receipt and cannot be dated retroactively.
